Founder & Managing Partner

Zoë N. Rowell is the Founder and Managing Partner of VEYA Strategy Group. She is an operator who builds structure for organizations that need scale, profit, or a reset.

Zoë spent five years at Amazon, where she owned a $3B P&L, led category turnarounds, redesigned sourcing and pricing models, and delivered $100M in profit improvement. She has also served as COO in founder led and venture backed environments, leading restructures, exits, and pivots during periods of high complexity and risk.

Today, Zoë partners directly with leadership teams as a hands on operator. Her work focuses on operating model design, ecommerce and retail performance, and interim leadership during moments that require clarity, discipline, and decisive execution.
